The club is a very family orientated club and encourages members of all ages to participate in riding and volunteering not only at club musters but also at events.

Uniform
The formal club uniform must be worn when competing at official pony club events.
The uniform consists of:
Long sleeve collared white cotton shirt
Black Jodphurs,
Purple vest and
Purple tie
The club promotes the sun safety policy which means that all riders must wear a collared shirt at musters and they must have sleeves. No singlets or tank tops.
Members are also reminded to ensure that all gear is PCAQ approved and in a safe and working manner.
Use of Pony Club Grounds
Membership Fees 2021
1st Riding Member: $172.75
2nd Riding Member and any thereafter : $152.75
Social membership: $50.00
ALL members are required to help out and volunteer not just at musters but also with grounds maintenance, equipment maintenance and canteen/clubhouse cleaning etc.
Children under 18 are required to have a parent or guardian as a social member.
Use of Grounds
The grounds of Mooloolah Pony Club can be used by any financial member of the Mooloolah Pony Club.
Members are issued a code for the key box for the front gate once membership is paid. Bookings are required to use the grounds. Please fill out the form at the below link and attach your Horse Health Declaration HHD. A committee member will send through approval for your booking. Please give 24 hours notice. Failure to complete this process will void your insurance while on the grounds.
We also ask you to please clean up after your horse and remove any manure from the arena, round yard or hosing bays. Please also do not leave any rubbish on the grounds and place in the bins supplied or take it home with you.
Important Note To Instructors That Are Not Mooloolah Pony Club Members;
Instructors of other Pony Clubs are more than welcome to come and instruct on our grounds with our members provided you advise the committee that you are doing so.
For Instructors offering lessons must have PCAQ or NCAS accredited certificates. Use of jumping equipment is NOT allowed, unless an accredited instructor on the grounds.
